This is a great way to eat the best available meat, poultry, and fish. Each week, we will pick a different protein and include a recipe for the included cut and quantity. This is a great to eat well and gain comfort with new meats and fish, and new cooking methods. The Weekly Box is best when paired with the Vegetables and Fruit Weekly Box.

Each week, you will pick-up food for four healthy and seasonal lunches (Leaving one day for leftovers). We've cut the vegetables, slice the bread, and cooked the grains. Your pack includes everything you need to assemble the lunches, including ideas.
